 .....Over the past five years, companies in the Jacksonville area have been supportive of the Gingerbread House Extravaganza and generous by loaning their expertise and resources to help make the event the event a success.

Ginger Bread........One such company is Easy Edit Video. Led by
... company president David Zuckerman, the
... company has been involved with the gingerbread
... project from day one.

........Working with South Jacksonville Rotarian
... Odette.Struys, the local video production company
... has.recorded the event's news conferences,
... speakers' presentations, award presentations, and the preview party and has documented the gingerbread houses, from all of therotary entries to the winning categories.

.....With the editing and production of a final DVD presentation of each year's event, the the Rotary Club of South Jacksonville has had a professional marketing tool to help bring in sponsors and individual donors. The presentation has also been used to help the South Jacksonville Club win various District and International Rotary honors.

....."We are indebted to the Rotary clubs for allowing us to be involved with this event year after year," said Zuckerman. "This event is the highlight of our season. We have as much fun creating the video as the home-builders have constructing the wonderful gingerbread houses."
